Hi there, 

I need to return my hub but have had no link or anything.  Can someone please let me know how to do this as I'm about to be charged!  I need a label or bag.

Call 0800.800.150 and ask them to send a bag out to you. Make sure you keep your Proof of Postage when you send it.
