Hi I was sent a new router and was informed that the kit to send back the old one would be provided but it wasn't so I used the app and ordered a bag and still I have nothing.. I don't want to get charged 50 for not having the return kit. Can we look into this or advise what I can do..

I'm sorry that you haven't received the returns kit to send back your Hub. Give my colleagues a call in the helpdesk and they'll be able to help you out. You can reach them on 0800 800 150.
