Return bags to return BT products

I have been asked to return some BT equipment to avoid being charged.

I cannot locate anywhere how to order return bags as I haven't been sent any.

I've seen over the years people have asked the same question but a public answer hasn't been posted nor an easy link to click.

I've logged in as suggested but no where to click to obtain bags. 

Help please as this is taking up so much time to do a simple return.
