Return equipment

I have returned my hub to bt , 15 th March . My status is still saying awaiting return. I have tracked it on Royal Mail , it got sent to Burnley delivery office by mistake. The last update off Royal Mail was on the 16 th March . I’m left wondering if bt have recieved it

if other posts it can take up 3 weeks before BT acknowledge receipt

Returned hub

I returned my hub on the 15 March, I tracked it on Royal Mail, they had sent it to the wrong delivery office.the last update with Royal Mail was on the 16th March.my status on the bt app is still saying waiting for return. I’m wondering if bt have recieved it
