How long does it take to register returned equipment please? 

4G Wi-Fi Mini Hub Returned several weeks ago but status is still awaiting return.

Hi @Gracie232, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting.

I'm sorry that your equipment has not been marked as received back weeks after you've returned it. Message the Billing Team and provide the tracking reference and they'll get this updated for you.
