Return equipment

I returned my equipment in the supplied bag approximately 6 weeks ago , I checked the Royal Mail tracking about 4 weeks ago and it said it had been returned so I then threw away the post office receipt thinking everything was fine , however I keep getting emails and text messages saying the equipment hasn’t been returned, can someone sort this

Hi @6416david,

I am sorry that you were still getting the messages.

When received, it has been taking approx 4 weeks to be fully updated on our systems. It could update any day now.

I take it you don't have any copy of that reference number or took a picture of the receipt. Bit of a stretch but could you check the internet history on the device that you used to track the delivery? It might show the URL with the tracking number in it.
