Hi, I'm having the same issue. 

When I try to login to MyBT I get this message...

Sorry, we can’t get your account details at the moment

We couldn’t find any account details for that BT ID. Please try again

Not that I'm aware of, it should only be 1 account. 

My context ended in March and I've not received the package to send the kit back. When I cancelled they said it would be sent to my new address.
