Hi, I just check how's my returns, it shows "awaiting returns", I send the equipments 29/04/2022,.
also I check royal mail status, it shows the items was delivered 1/05/2022, 11 days ago...
Anyone can help what's goin on?

It is presently taking three to four weeks for accounts to be updated.
If you call BT 0800.800.150 with your Proof of Postage they should be able to update your account for you.
Thank you for posting. It normally takes around 3 - 4 weeks for the equipment to be marked as returned once it's been sent back to BT.
If you ring the number as suggested @gg30340, they'll be able to mark that as returned right away.
Alternatively, I can also do this for you, if you send me your details.
