Return kit

When I first signed up for broadband due to there not being service in the area I was given two additional smart hubs (separate occasions). First one I returned via post and second I gave to the engineer when he came for the installation. This was back in May 2022 we are now in September and im now getting charged for a package I gave back to the engineer but because its not post they probably don’t know. I spoke to someone a couple months back about this and said its strange but will sort it. Can I get some help on this situation?

I have notified the moderators of the forum about your problem. Once they have read this they may be able to help. They are very busy at present so it can take up to 48 hours for them to contact you. They will do this by posting on this thread.
