I moved home and am asked to return my kit. Despite calling customer service twice they sent the kit to my old address instead of the new one. I also can't find my new address using the postcode so I can't update it. How can I let them know my new address?

If you aren't finding the address when you are trying to change it, I'd recommend getting in touch with our guides so they can look to update it on your account. Once it is changed they can arrange for the return kit to be sent to the correct address.
