How do I return old kit, router, YouView box, powerline adapters? Can't find the relevant info, been sent round in circles. Tried emailing a couple of email addresses I found on here but both were blocked.
Phoned this number and of course there is no option to request a return of old equipment and I cannot get through to anyone who can help. How do I complain about this? Is there a dedicated phone line or email address?
