I had fibre installed on 1 March and posted back my old hub a few days later as requested, but I’m still getting emails asking me to return the old hub. Can anyone confirm if there is some kind of backlog processing returned kit?

Thank you for posting. It normally takes around 2 - 3 weeks after the equipment has been posted back to BT for it to be shown as returned on the system. If you have the proof of postage I'll be able to mark this as having been returned.
