You don't send it. You keep hold of it in case BT say you have not returned the items. This can happen months after you have returned items so don't throw it away.

Thank you very much for your reply but, it always happens. At my advanced age not into waiting especially where BT are concerned. If it can go wrong it will. Just changed from BT to EE it has been an absolute nightmare, thank you again

As you are now an EE customer, you need to post on the EE forum https://community.ee.co.uk/ if you need any more help in future.
EE are a separate company within the BT Group.

Doesn't this query relate to the sending of items back to BT rather than EE, the OP is correct to post to this forum regarding this particular issue.
Obviously any other issues are proper to the EE forum.
