Hi I returned my equipment on 9th January.
I then had a text at 8.02 on 19th January saying it had not been received but ignored it as I know it takes time to register the return.
I got another text at 9.05 on the same day saying it had been received.
I got another text on Friday 2nd February saying it has not been received.
I am very confused! My tracking reference from 9th January is QZ732159384GB.
Please can you help.
