Returned equipment account says not received

I sent back a modem roughly three weeks ago but if I log onto my BT account it says they are still awaiting return, I have proof of postage and the tracking says the package was received. Don't want to get billed for it is there any one on here I can talk to about it?

Phone BT 0800.800.150 with your Proof of Postage to hand and they will update your account.
