I have tried to contact BT via phone & chat to see what can be done but with no luck, looking for advice on next steps please?
I retuned the router and smart connect both at the same time (December 21st) but in different bags sent by BT. I have proof of posting and proof of delivery for both items. I then got an email confirming the router has been received, today i got another email telling me to return the smart connect before February or i will get charged £63.
Tried to chat (not available) and call. long wait times.
Any advice gratefully recieved.

You will need to keep calling BT 0330.1234.150 with your Proof of Sending or your Proof of Receipt and they can then update your account.
