I recently left BT and returned my old hub as requested. BT have had the kit back for about 6 weeks but keep sending me messages saying that they haven't had it back and are going to charge a penalty fee.
Does anyone know how to get BT to acknowledge that they've had the kit back? I have tracking details from Royal Mail confirming when they received it.
