Returned equipment

I returned my Hybrid hub after changing packages, It arrived at the destination on Sunday but does not yet show up on my order page as returned. How long does it normally take to get into the system and get logged on as returned?

It is taking about four weeks for accounts to be updated after the items have been received by BT. If you have Proof of Postage or Proof of Delivery you can call BT 0330.1234.150 and they will update your account.
