Returned equipment

We left BT and returned the equipment this was acknowledged by text now im getting texts to return the equipment, it's upsetting me as I've done everything. Once i got the text to say the equipment had been received I didn't keep the reference number any longer as I took that as the end of it, we are old and things like this really stress us out, I can see it becoming a problem.

Thanks David, I contacted BT and raised a complaint, they had a copy of my 'we received your equipment' text, so hopefully that's the end of it now, thanks for helping me I appreciate it.
