Returned equipment

I recently ended my contract with BT on the 13/1/22 and recieved my bag to return my smart hub and two WiFi discs. I sent this back the same day I received the bag (20/1/22) and obtained proof of postage. It has now been over 2 weeks and it still says ‘awaiting return’ of equipment. Shouldn’t this have been processed by now? I don’t want to get charged for them. Any help would be great. Thanks

As long as you have your proof of postage you have nothing to worry about.
