Hi, I returned my smart hub 2 on 23rd Feb. Tracking shows that it has been received on 25th Feb but the BT website still says awaiting return. I'm about to be charged for it, no one is answering the customer service number.

I am sorry that you're still seeing a message saying that the equipment is awaiting return. I understand that you returned the Hub in February and obtained a proof of postage. We will be able to help update everything for you from here.
