Since finishing my BT Broadband Contract and switching to a new supplier I have received an e mail requesting return of equipment and stating a returns bag will be sent within 2-3 days. After two weeks nothing has been received. I have followed all options via 'help' and my account online but do not seem to be able to get (or find) any assistance. Having searched the community I can see this seems to be quite a common complaint.
As such please could someone from BT get in touch with me to find out how I can get a returns bag.
