Returning Broadband equipment

Hi,  

BT have asked me to return some equipment (of which I have) but they haven't received it.  I have proof from the Post Office that it has been returned.  BT are now texting me to say I must return this equipment or else have to pay for it.  They are not giving me any way of contacting them beside phoning them of which I don't have time to do.  What I'd like to do is email them a copy of proof of postage.  I am not on twitter.

It is presently taking about four weeks for accounts to be updated.

You could call BT with the proof of postage and they will update it for you.

If you do not want to call there is no way to have it updated by email.
