Returning Equipment

I'm trying to return my equipment.

Like so many others who have posted on here I'm unable to find or select the Return Equipment option on my home page and can't understand why the help link doesn't just take you to a request page. Also BT say they send you a returns envelope but that hasn't arrived.

I am sorry for the problems you're having returning your equipment.  Give my colleagues in the helpdesk a shout on 0800 800 150 and they'll be able to send you one.

Post back and let me know how you get on chatting with them.

How did you get on speaking with my colleague over the phone?  Did they order you the returns kit? Post back and let me know.  I can mark your post as the solution.
