On the 15th March, I returned our old hub which had been replaced, this was received on the 17th March. On our account this is still showing as, awaiting return. How long does it normally take for it to be registered as returned ?
You can wait for the system to update, once the warehouse receive it, the equipment is checked for damage, then it gets scanned onto the system to stop the reminders, if it's causing you worry, you can call 0800 800 150, speak with the connections team and provide the tracking reference, they can update manually once they veify it's returned.
In my experience it takes forever and a day unless you seek the assistance of one of the forum mods as I did in order to avoid being charged
