Hi, I have just had full fibre installed. I have sent back the home hub that I had used previously as requested. Tracking information from Royal Mail shows that the package was received on 03/04/2022 but my account still shows that the equipment is still awaiting return.
Does anyone know how quickly the account is updated following returns?

It is presently taking three to four weeks to update your account after receipt of the equipment.
If you have the Proof of Posting you could call BT 0800.800.150 and they can update your account.
