Returning Equipment

Have left BT and sent back the equipment as requested, shows as being delivered to them on the 25th November but I still keep getting email and text notifications saying I haven’t sent it back yet and still shows as not received on my account. What is the best course of action please

If you have Proof of Postage or Receipt of Delivery call BT 0330.1234.150 and the will update your account.
