Returning Equipment

Hi, how do I return my old equipment? I have an old smart hub to return.

The live chat claims you can log into account and click on return equipment option but this doesn’t exist!

The call centre operatives if they answer are less than helpful and seem totally unsure and all give different answers

you should be able to phone CS 03301234150 and request a returns bag.  have BT asked you to return equipment?

If you call BT 0330.1234.150 you can request that they send a returns bag out to you.

Make sure you keep a copy of your Proof of Posting and if possible take a photograph of it in case you somehow lose the paper copy.
