Returning Equipment

Hello All,

I recently left BT and I’m trying to get all my equipment returned, I keep receiving emails and messages for to me to return my equipment, but unfortunately I can’t get hold of the prepaid packages to do so. The return equipment option on my BT app doesn’t show up for me, and at the moment there is no online chat for me to bring this to pick up. Any ideas where I can order the prepaid package.
