Returning Items

I’ve received an email from BT asking that I return loaned devices. Happy to do so but I am no longer in possession of the original product packaging that the loaned equipment arrived in. Can I return the physical devices in the bag supplier without having to pack the devices in the product box in which it arrived in? Will I be charged for the lost packaging / manual.

Hi, @FullofQuestions welcome to the community and thanks for posting your question. That's no problem at all, just pop the equipment in the returns bag and drop it off at the post office. You won't be charged for lost user manuals or packaging.
