I have received messages asking me to return my old hub. I have not received any return packaging to do this.
To request a return pack, the info simply instructs to log into MyBT and 'simply' select return equipment. This does not exist anywhere, I've looked under every section on MyBT and have not been able to find it.
Call me cynical but is this a way of extracting more money from customers for un returned kit? Why not simply create a hyperlink within the e.mail that takes you to a request form rather than to an instruction to go MyBT?
Can anyone help with this issue?
