Hi there, like many in the community, I have the problem of having brand new kit to return, with no return option on my Account page.
All the "help" tells me to chose the option under 'return' which does not exist.
Can anyone help

Don't automatically assume that once you have posted the kit off that that is the end of the matter, keep the proof of postage and track the parcel using the tracking number on it. There's a few posts on this forum of people having been charged for non return of kit that they have returned
