I recently moved homes and with that I transferred my wifi to the new home and decided to upgrade, initially I was told I’d receive a new hub but then got a text saying my old hub is compatible with the upgraded wifi and all I needed was a new cable. I received the cable and the engineer installed my fibre and that was that but now I’m receiving texts and emails saying if my old kit isn’t returned I’ll receive a £50 charge fee and I can’t find anywhere that can resolve this issue.
