I returned a BT TV box on May 24th and tracking showed it delivered on May 26th.
I had an email today saying I had not returned it. How do I chase this up as I don't want to be charged £115.

Pick up the phone or reply back to the email with tracking number would be your best option i suspect.
It is presently taking three to four weeks to update accounts after BT receive returned property.
If you call BT 0800.800.150 with your Proof of Postage customer services can update your account at that time.
