Returning equipment

I returned my Hybrid device via the Post Office on March 29th and kept my proof of posting receipt. Fed up with constant emails reminding me to return it or face a charge I spent half an hour on the phone on the 9th of May and was told that although they hadn't yet received it,  it would be recorded as returned and I wouldn't be charged.  Today I received yet another email reminder.  How do I stop this harassment? Is there somewhere I can send a copy of the proof of posting?
