Needed to return 2 items of equipment as contract ended - my Hub and a WiFi extender disk. BT automatically separately sent me 2 return envelopes and labels. I thus used one for each and took them to the PO. The first package was scanned through but when it came to the second the PO clerk said she could not process it as it as the lable had the same ref numbers/ code as the first one. She said I should have put both lots in one envelope. She could not give me the first package back as it had already been processed.
I can request another envelope and label but if so will that work? I don't want to end- up with another label that has the same ref number/ code as the previous.

If you get in touch with our technical support team, they will get the return looked into for you and see if they can send you another envelope making sure this has a new reference number for you to return this to us 🙂
