Hi,
we have had 2 BT connections and have recently ceased one. We received a green bag from BT to return our hub in, which we did despite one post office refusing to take it stating it was an old bag. The address on it was BT Returns, DL62PJ. This was around 12th July and we have not yet had an acknowledgment of the return. Apparently the normal white bags have a different address. Has our hub gone to the wrong place and will BT try to charge us for it?

Do you have a proof of postage from the Post Office for the hub you've sent back?

Hi, yes I have the proof of posting dated 12/07/23. I would attach a photo but not sure I can do that.
