I returned my kit (broadband router) to BT and keep getting messages saying they have not received it. This was sent on the 9th March.
Unfortunately, I cannot find my receipt of sending.
I used the bag that you supplied me. Hopefully you are able to give me the tracking number for that bag, so I can check on its progress?

I am sorry to see that it hasn't been either received or marked off as received.
