Returning my BT kit

Hi

I have received an email on 4th July 2024 to say that I need to return my kit. I have not received any return bag. Also when I log into BT account, there is no link anywhere to click to say 'return your BT kit' as recommended in the email. Please send me the return envelope to return my BT kit

If you call BT Billing 0330 1234 150 you can request a returns bag.
