I’m looking to return a router that we thought we had lost. We were charged for not sending it back but keen to request a bag and receive the credit.
Can anyone please help as keen to not have to call if possible?

quickest way is to phone CS and request returns bag
after returning and if account not updated then try billing for help https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband
