Returning unopened BT Pro Box

I upgraded my broadband package last month to include BT TV.  Within an hour of placing the order I decided to cancel it.  I rang BT to notify them of the cancellation and at the same time completed an online cancellation form.

Today however I received a BT TV Pro Box and I rang BT to arrange a return.  They told me they would email in due course but I am anxious to return the unwanted box asap. 

I am unable to find any return information on the BT website, can anyone help please?
