Hi, I have recently left BTR and have been asked to return my equipment via the returns kit, i havernt recieved this int he post but have followed the link in the email, I have signed into the MyBT homepage but I cannot find the Return Your Kit link/button, despite using multiple browsers (Edge/Firefox/Brave)
This also does not appear on the Android App either (Sony Xperia 1IV - Android 13) despite signing out and refreshing. I there a way to request this through here?
