I recently moved into a property with a couple of old BT modems. I can't see anywhere in the My BT app to request a returns label and your help docs on how to return this seem to be gaslighting me. I have seen other people resolve this over PMs with BT employees via the community site.
Please could someone reach out so I can post you this equipment? If not it'll go to the local recycling centre, which seems incredibly wasteful.

If you call BT 0330.1234.150 Billing you can request that they send one out to you.
Tried that and web chat, gave up after 20m holds. This should not be difficult -- even Virgin Media let me request a returns label online!
