Hi, I have recently left BT and returned my equipment to you 15th January which has been received and signed for. You have since sent me two reminders to send the equipment back how can I contact you with proof of postage?

I'd suggest raising a complaint and attach an image of the proof of postage. https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/complaints
