I have equipment to return to BT.  Some of it was sent in error and I have never opened it.  Do I keep these in the cardboard boxes or do I need to take the equipemnt out first and recycle the carboard at home?

Leave in the boxes.

Leave in the boxes!  If the boxes are in perfect condition it'll probably go straight out to another customer.  If not, I know BT do some major recycling at the depots I've seen!
