13 months ago I received a code from BT for a free 12 months of Xbox Game Pass. I added this to my xbox account and received the free months of Game Pass.
When I did this, the subscription then showed up as being managed by BT/EE. Now that the free 12 months have passed, I would like to be able to make changes to my subscription, but the account is still appearing as being managed by BT/EE.
I left it an additional month (that was the 25th April) to see if this reverted back to being controlled by Microsoft, but it did not.
Please could you help me get the control of this back over to Microsoft? Thanks!
It seems weird. I have never heard of this before. I think it would be great if you contact Xbox support for assistance. You can see support options available on your Xbox console. And please do let me know when you get this issue resolved.

Hi @neil, yes, I contacted support and got them to turn off the auto-renewal about a year ago (straight after activating the code).
