Reward Card Runaround

Have just purchased bt broadband fibre 2 via uswitch with the promise of a bt reward card of £110.done the deal on 10th April with an activation date of 24th April,it’s passed a month now!have tried to claim my reward card on the bt website it says no reward available,have also called bt and they have no record of a reward card,have messaged uswitch with no response!any help would be gratefully received you only have 3 months to claim your reward,I sincerely hope this isn’t a con!!!

You may have had an email already but we've ordered the reward card for you on the 8th.

That means that you will get it by email.
