content partner missing

Hi,

 

I want to redeem my game pass for xbox, i recently upgraded to 900 package.

But when I log into My BT, there is no Content Partner Section.

can someone help?

You need to login to MYBT using a web browser not using the MYBT app

I have tried both ways, I cannot see the content partner section, It's not showing under the manage services section  or else where.

Hi @dinesh1950,

Can you log into your MyBT account for me, please?

Check to see if you can see if the Content Partners section is now available to you.

If you still cannot see it, please make sure your account is showing as the Account Holder:

Account Holder vs Account Manager

Let me know how you get on, please.

Its not showing under content partner section and account number not showing anything at all.

I have removed the old account completely as it may have been causing problems with it.

Your active account wasn't associated to your BTID either.

Can you give it a try for me? If it's still not showing, let me know and I'll get in touch with our developers.

Hi

I still don't see it, under manage services its the same, when I log into my-bt account in the top right corner its still showing GBxxx, in the email BT sent me to activate my new 900 package was GBxxxxx.

Hi @dinesh1950,

Thanks for getting back to me.

This is with currently our developers to work on. Originally, your new account wasn't on your MyBT which was the reason that you couldn't see any content partners.

It's now not fully on it which is why you still cannot access it. Once they've finished working on it, I will get in touch so you can reset your password and access it again.

I've also removed the account numbers from your public post.
