Reward card issue.

Hi, 

I have been receiving texts and emails claiming that I can claim my reward card, however when I follow the instructions and log in, the message below pops up:  

Error !

Please try after some time.

May I get some assistance, I can't find any phone number/chat that helps with this.  Thanks

I am sorry to see that it won't let you claim your reward card. We'll take a look into this for you and see if we can claim it for you. You can reach us by replying to my private message.

Hi @pooks12345, thanks for getting in touch with us. I've claimed the reward card for you and this will be sent once 14 days have passed from your service activating.
