Reward card not honoured

Really not happy with BT. I purchased Fibre2 broadband on the 7th September through a comparison website moneysupermarket offering £110 virtual reward card. Website said to claim after my go live date which was 22nd September from then I have gone onto my account rewards which show no rewards eligible to claim. I have complained rewards team sent me an email saying the rewards wasn’t running on the date I purchased BT broadband so I am not eligible?!! I purchased online via comparison website which stated the reward. I have phoned today and all they did was relay the email to me nothing they can do. I am so angry they are not honouring reward card. Please help if anyone has been in this situation and resolved the problem.
